- Hebe Jingtuo Fastener Co.,Ltd. was established in July 2004.The son inherits his father's business and inherits more than 30 years exprience in mold desgin and manufacturing from Renqiu Precision Mold Factory.With the continuous growth of the company ,in 2010,we established Hebe Jingtuo Fastener Co.,Ltd.,specializing in the production of non-standard fasteners.So far,the company has developed into a comprehensive enterprise that integrates the design and manufacturing of cold heading molds, non-standard fasteners, punching rods and needles, and cold heading machine accessories.
- In terms of company development, we have great advantages, with professional engineers designing and developing cold forming processes for various non-standard products.At the same time, we also adhere to traditional techniques to produce various stretching molds, red pier molds, central axis molds, etc.Now we have succesfully devaloped the cold heading process for shock absorber screw bushings,the special all tungsten steel stretching punching rod for deep and small holes,and the cold heading process for ultra long hollow parts using bolt machines. We have also obtained an environmental impact assessment certificate recognized by national environmental protection units. In 2017, we were rated as a key green environmental protection promotion enterprise and passed the ISO9001 international quality management system certification. Our product quality has been unanimously recognized by industry supporting customers multiple times.
